Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory execution; Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity performance through disciplined daily management and KPI reviews; Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline leaders; Monitor operational performance using KPIs such as throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock, order accuracy, and on-time shipment; Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational constraints; Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions; Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and company policies; Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, material flow, labor utilization, and operating processes; Develop and maintain standard work, operating procedures (SOPs), and operational controls; Support peak planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation; Lead additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the Plant Manager
