Implement manufacturing methods, equipment, and tooling for production areas; Design and improve process flows to optimize labor costs; Develop and propose alternative methods; Create and maintain product and process documentation (visual aids, flowcharts); Train and certify production operators and maintenance technicians; Create and propose cost reduction programs; Implement Poka-Yokes; Generate and maintain Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA); Administer and implement Change Notifications (COs) and deviations; Lead new product introduction and transfer; Perform capacity analysis to determine resource requirements; Design and modify layouts to optimize process, WIP, and material flow; Participate in client rejection analysis and implement root cause solutions; Generate and maintain operation and process procedures.
