Responsibilities
Monitor grant budgets and prepare monthly financial reports and quarterly variance analyses; Review expense coding to ensure direct expenses are allowable and within approved budgets; Lead grant closeout reviews to reconcile outstanding financial issues; Serve as a key contributor to audits and preparation of Tax Form 990 schedules; Provide Journal Entry training and technical guidance to other Finance staff; Maintain internal controls over grant accounting and reporting.
