Responsibilities
Assist patients with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, and mobility needs; Help patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support; Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and relatives; Carry out and accurately record routine observations such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose levels; Support basic clinical procedures, including wound care setup, assisting with catheter care, pressure area prevention, and mobility aids; Prepare and maintain clinical areas, including trolleys, beds, and equipment in readiness for patient use
