Responsibilities
Create and own software quality assurance process adhering to ISO 25010 and V-model; Develop and execute test strategies and plans for hardware and firmware validation; Lead firmware quality assurance department with scope for future direct reporting; Perform and coordinate functional, stress and environmental testing on hardware components and embedded firmware systems; Collaborate with hardware and firmware development teams to define quality requirements and ensure DfT principles; Perform manual and automated testing of firmware functions, control algorithms and hardware components; Analyze test results to determine root cause of issues and drive corrective actions; Continuously improve test methodology in collaboration with regional labs and test engineers; Document test results, provide detailed reports, and ensure traceability of requirements, test cases and outcomes throughout the product lifecycle
