Support pump and abatement vacuum systems, heat trace applications and facilities utility interface for equipment install, de-install, and safety testing; Partner with tool owners, facilities, trades, movers, suppliers, field service engineers, and pump, abatement, chillers (PAC) collaborators to drive equipment release readiness; Build and maintain safety testing schedules aligned to construction achievements and project readiness dates; Plan and coordinate equipment installs and de-installs, including isolation, disconnect, removal, relocation, disposition, and facility handoffs; Validate safety testing conditions, pinpoint readiness shortfalls, manage interlock testing, and lead resolution with representatives from various functions
