Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations for international payroll processing; Support the core Workday configuration/setup needed for third-party payroll integrations; Work with PECI, PICOF, Supplemental Integrations, and other Workday integration tools to support payroll data exchange; Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors, including BDO, to gather requirements and resolve integration issues; Validate inbound and outbound interfaces to ensure accurate payroll and employee data transmission; Create and maintain integration documentation, including flow charts, mapping documents, and process diagrams; Support testing cycles, parallel payroll runs, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization; Manage secure file transfer setup using encryption, authentication methods, and public/private key management
