Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from sale through go-live; Serve as primary client-facing implementation lead managing communication and timelines; Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation; Lead discovery, fit/gap analysis, and solution planning; Advise clients on product configuration and usage; Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver milestones; Identify and mitigate project risks; Perform or oversee technical implementation tasks including data feed onboarding and SQL-based analysis; Develop training and reference materials; Provide direction to Project Coordinators.
