Responsibilities
Develop and execute risk-based technology audit plans aligned to enterprise priorities and regulatory expectations; Lead technology risk assessments to identify and prioritize coverage across ITGC, SOX readiness, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and third-party risk; Direct end-to-end audits covering AWS/cloud environments, product engineering SDLC, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery; Provide assurance over key cybersecurity and resilience domains using recognized frameworks; Oversee reviews of emerging technologies including blockchain, AI/GPT/agentic solutions, and digital currency processes; Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls and support SOX/ITGC readiness; Produce clear, concise, audit committee-ready reporting highlighting risk themes and remediation actions; Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of IT audit professionals across regions; Drive consistency, quality assurance, and adherence to Internal Audit standards; Monitor and validate management action plans and perform issue follow-up and closure testing; Advance the use of GRC tools, analytics, and data-driven auditing techniques.
