Responsibilities
Lead troubleshooting of critical tool issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with effective corrective and preventive actions. Manage team development, including coaching, performance management, and capability building of engineers. Drive equipment continuous improvement initiatives, including uptime enhancement, defect reduction, cost saving, and productivity improvement. Own equipment KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, defectivity) and ensure targets are achieved through systematic monitoring and action tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering (PE), Manufacturing, Facilities (FAC), and suppliers/vendors to resolve equipment issues and drive sustainable solutions. Support new technology and product transfers (NPI/TD), including tool readiness, qualification, and ramp-up. Align team execution with fab priorities, capacity planning, and business commitments.
