Review tool utility requirements and coordinate hook-up development for mechanical, electrical, network, water, and gas systems; Verify layouts, installation drawings, and interface points with tool suppliers and facility teams; Manage field implementation of tool hook-up operations ensuring adherence to approved drawings and safety guidelines; Coordinate installation activities for power supply, earthing, cables, data/network connectivity, water lines, gas lines, and mechanical supports; Ensure cleanroom protocols and contamination control practices are maintained; Support QA/QC activities including inspections, leak testing, pressure testing, and utility verification; Work with OEMs and facility engineers during startup, commissioning, and handover; Apply industrial engineering methods to improve workflow and execution efficiency.
