Own end-to-end program management for GDDR and Compute products from planning through qualification and HVM ramp; Set up and direct Product Development Teams with structured meetings and accountability; Drive alignment of product development targets across Engineering, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, and Business Unit stakeholders; Identify and escalate critical path risks; Manage handoff from NPI programs to sustaining PDTs and Manufacturing/Supply Chain; Lead cross-BU governance forums for NPI wafer allocation and prioritization; Build on existing AI workflow foundations to drive program management efficiency; Facilitate lessons learned workshops and drive proliferation of best practices
