Develop and maintain Construction Quality Management Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures; Lead QA/QC activities for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and cleanroom systems; Conduct quality audits, surveillance inspections, and compliance reviews; Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA); Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Commissioning teams; Oversee testing activities including concrete testing, welding inspections, NDT, and pressure testing; Mentor QA/QC engineers and site personnel; Lead quality meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
