Define predictive maintenance opportunities to resolve in-service issues, create or modify HMU reports for flight data collection, analyze time-series data to identify predictive maintenance patterns, collaborate with engineering to create new predictive maintenance algorithms, validate algorithm reliability and efficiency, document and create usage guides for active algorithms, support Customer Response Center (CRC) and answer algorithm queries, visit operator and supplier facilities to investigate and prepare technical reports, prepare reports and presentations on in-service issues, conduct technical reviews with clients, participate in operator conferences, support new project launches, serve as focal point for specific projects (Flight Documents/Health monitoring), lead internal and client training sessions
