Responsibilities
Handle anomalies in assigned areas (Cabin, Systems, Electrics, Structures) and create work instructions; Provide technical support to Flight Line technicians; Identify and validate Workshare for assigned items; Create NC/S03 for traceability; Initiate availability of replacement parts, jigs, and tools; Manage continuous improvement measures with recurrent anomalies; Analyze current status and create reports; Support milestones for aircraft delivery; Create and maintain standard and non-standard work orders; Act as representative and leader for AME Customer Line in projects; Communicate with European colleagues for guidance; Monitor outstanding paperwork and review ALB; Act as focal point for Internal and external Audits; Participate in Manufacturing Activities in the Flight Line; Secure training of newcomers; Incorporate design intent into work instructions.
