Responsibilities
Lead the FAL Mobile Data Analytics network as local data officer and product owner; Drive data quality vision and implementation across the data lifecycle; Research and recommend best practices for data lifecycle structures and tools; Innovate methods for data transformation, engineering, and analysis; Conduct complex independent and ad hoc analyses deploying statistical solutions, AI/ML, and predictive/prescriptive models; Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable business insights for leadership; Coach and mentor internal analysts on best practices, analytics platforms, and tool selection; Represent the Voice of the Customer to influence back-end development of internal applications; Collaborate with PMT teams to define process requirements, KPIs, and standard ways of working; Monitor operational deviations and launch recovery plans.
