Responsibilities
Lead operational forecasting for production volumes, labor, material consumption, manufacturing costs, inventory and working capital; Partner with Operations leadership to identify financial risks and opportunities; Analyze raw material, WIP and finished goods inventories and drive inventory turn improvements; Monitor inventory aging, excess inventory and obsolescence exposure; Establish and maintain robust WIP reporting and forecasting processes; Track project costs, margins, labor utilization and forecasted outcomes; Develop and maintain manufacturing KPI dashboards and performance analytics; Perform variance analysis, root-cause analysis and profitability assessments; Support capital investment evaluations and operational improvement initiatives; Serve as a trusted business partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project leaders.
