Responsibilities
Concur with Engineering domains to ensure design feasibility; Analyze and optimize manufacturing technologies; Ensure feasibility of Assembly Integration and Testing; Define Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM); Technically support project AIT manager and production staff during shopfloor execution; Build process definition for AIT activities including work sequence characterization and industrial asset identification; Integrate Quality inputs (Control Plan) and consider PFMEA/Health & Safety inputs; Lead work preparation activities including release of integration procedures; Support shop floor continuous improvement; Provide technical advice in budget preparation and CapEx planning; Develop and deploy capability for New Product/Process introduction.
