Manage and motivate a team of 10 to 30 manufacturing engineers, direct day-to-day TSFS operations to meet time, cost, and quality standards, serve as the final technical escalation point for production teams, oversee availability of replacement parts, jigs, and production tools, analyze real-time production data and align with Manufacturing Engineering back office, drive departmental performance through KPIs, champion localized VSM to eliminate non-added-value activities, partner with Quality to eradicate recurrent non-conformities, establish and manage project-specific KPIs, interface with European manufacturing sites to standardize methods, lead the team through upcoming line changes and capacity scaling
