Responsibilities
Define end-to-end project budget requirements and build financial forecasts; Own the WBS and CBS master ownership and execute monthly updates; Drive proactive identification and mitigation tracking of project risks and opportunities; Develop and deliver critical budget and on-time delivery KPIs to Work Package leaders; Own the Configuration Management Plan and ensure configuration conformity; Provide oversight to ensure ground and flight operations are executed in accordance with the approved Quality Plan; Steer the creation of new contracts and place Purchase Orders; Monitor and process invoices and oversee the payment lifecycle
