Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering production team to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety requirements; Deliver complete Manufacturing Dossiers including standard planning and industrial means specifications; Provide feasible Industrial Plans and accurate cost estimations to support bidding activities; Manage key internal stakeholders across Program Business Lines and engineering leads; Maintain adherence to cost targets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) budgets; Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives in the AIT area
