Responsibilities
Provide direction and guidance to production activities and supervise aircraft progress through the station; Function as a role model in OSHA rule observance; Lead the Autonomous Production team (APT); Report and update management on aircraft progress and alert to potential problems; Coordinate station activities across management and relevant parties; Ensure orders and material availability; Identify and resolve manufacturing process problems; Engage with Quality, Procurement, and support staff to improve workflows; Develop workforce forecast requirements; Lead AOS improvement activities; Master Performance Management Center elements; Ensure completion of work packages within cost and quality specifications; Manage aircraft documentation for handover to the next station.
