Guide first installation implementation with workshop feedback; Create/update BoM/routings/SOI considering workshop needs and time calculations; Specify industrial resources (equipment, tools, machines); Plan regular exchanges with production teams; Manage escalated workshop preparation issues; Support continuous workshop improvements; Support PPE in evaluating industrial impacts and transforming requirements to design/supply chain; Support configuration management; Organize and support P-FMEA/FMEA; Provide technical knowledge to DPE; Ensure supply chain data consistency.
