Establish and maintain Project Cost Control systems and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS); Track and monitor original budget, approved changes, committed costs, actual costs, and forecasts; Prepare and update Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC); Review contractor progress claims for completeness and contractual compliance; Support cost evaluation of Potential Change Orders (PCOs) and Variation/Change Orders (VOs/COs); Develop and maintain project cashflow forecasts; Support preparation and reconciliation of final accounts.
