Manage and mentor a Senior Accountant; Own the global consolidation process including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation; Oversee monthly financial close for US and Canada; Review and approve account reconciliations in FloQast; Lead monthly flux analysis across global entities; Standardize accounting policies across international entities; Document and strengthen internal controls; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement new systems; Partner with FP&A on expense booking and allocation; Drive process automation initiatives; Support SOX compliance and coordinate with external auditors; Collaborate with the Tax Team on transfer pricing and global tax matters.
