Responsibilities
Drive performance improvement by enhancing operational and financial KPIs at RMC operations, Implement review cycles of operational and financial KPIs focusing on continuously improving operating margins, Assist operations with the implementation and adherence to minimum required operating practices (RMC Operating Model), Ensure timely assembly of internal and external resources to support PI initiatives including evaluating necessary CapEx for quick wins, Plan, communicate, and lead optimization visits for RMC operations involving various teams, Follow up on improvement opportunities and assist local management in achieving goals, Coordinate communication and PI initiatives with country managers and PI responsible country individuals, Collaborate with local country managers to promote good practices and identify new opportunities, Transfer best practices across the organization and deliver training modules, Work with Global CCR and other Group & Area headquarter functions to help shape the future of Heidelberg Material's RMC business
