Responsibilities
Monitor material flow for accurate inventory balances, perform inventory reconciliation between system and physical counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, partner with accounting to align inventory and financial records, review inventory transactions (receipts, adjustments, transfers, billing), prepare variance reports with root cause analysis, supervise and coach a team of 4–5 inventory associates, assign and monitor daily cycle count activities, ensure team adherence to inventory control procedures, conduct performance feedback and employee development, support inventory counts at other company or partner facilities
