Responsibilities
Implement ISO, AEO, ASME, and PV management systems; coordinate across departments to ensure efficient execution of customer-specific orders; drive development of the unit; set and follow up targets connected to factory priority; participate in making the factory operational plan; make costing updates for the unit; drive and lead problem solving and continuous improvement activities; secure ALPS implementation including Lean Six Sigma and 5S; understand and deal with real problems of the unit by being present; support NPD and give input to EPD; setup and maintain BCM within the unit.
