Lead and mentor a team of Engineers and Draftsmen, Oversee the design and detailed engineering of Spiral and Compabloc Heat Exchangers, Participate in the estimation process for Spiral and Compabloc Heat Exchangers, Review and maintain documentation in accordance with ASME and PED quality manuals, Coordinate effectively with internal and external customers and consultants, Provide technical support to the Bid Engineering and Sales teams
