Responsibilities
Mix products according to applicable SOPs and recipes, clean mixing equipment and surrounding areas per GMP and Food Safety requirements, perform CIP on tanks and fillers, conduct visual inspections inside tanks before batch making, audit materials against shop floor orders, receive raw materials from stores, download and load recipes from the system, compare shop floor orders with recipes, connect swing bands to prevent contamination, report discrepancies to the Process Controller, record batches in the batch control book, take product samples for QC, and make adjustments based on QC results
