Lead daily operations for assigned inbound, outbound, inventory control, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, or value-added service activities; Direct and coach supervisors, team leads, and associates; Monitor safety, service, productivity, quality, cost, inventory, and attendance metrics; Conduct shift start-up meetings, operational reviews, and handoffs; Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulations; Promote a strong safety culture by completing observations and addressing hazards; Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives; Support system, equipment, process, layout, and network changes; Develop bench strength through cross-training and succession planning; Serve as senior operational leader for urgent issues; Prepare and present performance updates and improvement recommendations to site leadership.
