Own and manage Change & Release Management processes across the CFIN service scope, Ensure application security, compliance, quality, business continuity, and high availability while consistently meeting SLA and KPI targets, Manage the Azure DevOps backlog, overseeing the complete task lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning to implementation and delivery, Plan, coordinate, and monitor release activities, including deployment schedules, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications, Develop and maintain release procedures, testing materials, training content, and facilitate end-user and team training programs, Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to resolve operational issues, handle service requests, estimate efforts, implement common solutions, and drive successful project outcomes
