Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-year corporate applications strategy and roadmap; Own strategy, lifecycle, product ownership, service levels, maintenance, modernization, and operational health of the portfolio; Partner with Enterprise PMO & QA on demand intake, prioritization, funding, delivery governance, and benefits realization; Establish operational readiness and application management practices including monitoring, incident management, change management, disaster recovery, and business continuity; Partner with Chief Architect to establish standards for architecture, configuration, development, APIs, integrations, master data, identity, testing, and release management; Partner with Finance to translate business priorities into integrated solutions ensuring accurate and auditable information; Partner with AI leaders to implement intelligent automation and analytics; Lead major application implementations, integrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives; Embed security, privacy, compliance, controls, and audit readiness throughout the application lifecycle; Advise CIO and executive leadership on capabilities, investments, risks, and emerging technology opportunities
