Responsibilities
Prepare and share weekly/daily planning with hierarchy, technically supervise health facility staff on infection control protocols, support project team in rapid needs assessment and design/supervision of WASH construction works, ensure compliance with water/hygiene/sanitation waste management standards in supported facilities, monitor stock levels of hygiene materials and equipment, regularly supervise supported facility staff activities, attend weekly staff meetings with health manager, report immediately to emergency health manager on infection control failures or personnel issues, hold daily update meetings with emergency health manager, report activities regularly according to established reporting calendars, troubleshoot EH equipment or PPI failures and escalate unresolved issues to Project Manager, inspect and authorize disposal of defective PPI, perform cleaning or spraying activities in emergencies if directed by project lead, track project indicators, analyze data and report upwards on a monthly basis, support supply chain management of soap, chlorine, water quality reagents, and distributed tools/equipment, participate in WASH/PCI coordination meetings as requested by project lead
