Plan and facilitate competency-based training, on-the-job coaching, and simulation drills for health workers; Conduct routine supportive supervision visits to assess service quality and provider competence; Monitor availability of family planning commodities, E-MOTIVE commodities, and essential drugs; Strengthen provider skills in family planning counseling, PPH management, and safe delivery practices; Develop facility-specific action plans based on supervision findings; Coordinate referral linkages between PHCs, IRC facilities, and BEmONC/CEMONC centers.
