Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a Child Protection evidence and learning agenda aligned with strategic plans and donor requirements; Synthesize CPIMS+, MEAL, partner, assessment, and monitoring data into clear analysis for programme adaptation and external reporting; Lead the development of high-quality CP technical documentation including learning briefs, practice notes, and case studies; Maintain an up-to-date understanding and stakeholder map of Ukraine's child protection system and track policy developments; Attend regular meetings with key government counterparts and inter-agency coordination mechanisms when delegated; Ensure evidence and learning products apply ethical, safe, and child-sensitive approaches including data protection and child safeguarding principles.
