Responsibilities
Provide specialized psychiatric consultations and treatment to patients with moderate to severe mental disorders; Assess clients' specific needs and develop individualized case management strategies; Work closely with Psychologists and Nurses to promote physical and mental health through home visits and group activities; Provide basic medical consultations for acute and chronic conditions when necessary; Support the Pharmacist in the management of psychotropic medications; Manage emergency cases and make appropriate referrals; Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services while maintaining client confidentiality; Participate in supervision meetings with the MHPSS Manager and Specialist; Participate in field missions to remote communities to ensure service provision.
