Responsibilities
Lead daily maintenance activities by assigning work, establishing priorities, coordinating coverage, and coaching technicians; Troubleshoot and repair fin presses, tube expanders, industrial electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics; Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues; Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality to support safe, reliable, and efficient production; Manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, downtime data, and parts usage through Limble CMMS; Support equipment installations, upgrades, contractor coordination, technician development, and maintenance standardization across locations
