Responsibilities
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Infor LN SIOP module; Develop and maintain the monthly SIOP process across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance; Establish direct demand planning collaboration with key customers and top distributors; Collect, validate, and integrate customer demand signals into the ERP planning system; Create a formal closed-loop process that measures forecast accuracy by customer and distributor; Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy, bias, inventory impact, and service performance; Partner with IT and ERP teams to implement enhancements, automation, and system improvements; Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings by presenting demand trends, risks, and recommended actions; Support inventory optimization by improving forecast quality and planning discipline.
