Support setup, execution, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment; perform CAD model and drawing updates; troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause data collection; execute process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) including testing and data collection; perform dimensional inspections, functional testing, and verification activities; support failure investigations through teardown and detailed observations; assist with design transfer activities including line setup and work instruction development; maintain and update manufacturing documentation; ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and internal quality standards; support operator training and serve as a technical resource on the production floor; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
