Responsibilities
Support and lead mechanical design of pressure vessels, piping systems, skids, and packaged equipment; Review and check detailed drawings, general arrangements, P&IDs, fabrication details, and BOMs; Select and specify equipment such as pumps, valves, and mechanical components; Enter and manage engineering data, parts, and BOMs within the company's ERP system; Ensure designs comply with ASME, ANSI, and other relevant codes and standards; Perform and review engineering calculations to support designs; Collaborate with project managers, electrical engineers, and process engineers to ensure integrated system designs; Review vendor drawings and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements; Support manufacturing and field service teams during fabrication, assembly, testing, and commissioning; Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives; Engage with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve technical issues, and support project execution
