Lead all phases of project delivery including planning, scheduling, procurement, resource coordination, execution, and closeout; Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, billing, and monthly reporting; Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements; Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders and project closeout requirements; Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to support delivery and pursue new opportunities; Champion safety culture through site visits, observations, and compliance; Lead, mentor, and support the project team to drive performance and growth.
