Perform month-end close tasks including preparation of general ledger entries and analysis; Review period close submissions and assist in month/quarter end reporting package consolidation; Perform detail reviews of regional and/or divisional balance sheets and bank reconciliations; Complete divisional balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations; Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy; Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; Assist divisional management team in completing corporate or executive management ad hoc requests.
