Serve as primary contact between Corporate Engineering and manufacturing plants; Review product design intent and provide feedback based on manufacturing capabilities; Assess manufacturing capabilities and identify process constraints; Plan, monitor, execute, and deliver projects meeting quality, timing, cost, and safety targets; Generate and track project deliverables; Troubleshoot issues during trials and conduct root-cause analysis; Lead follow-up meetings with Corporate Engineering and manufacturing sites; Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs; Coordinate product and process trials; Develop process documentation; Coordinate final project handover to manufacturing plants
