Responsibilities
Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities; Assist in troubleshooting equipment, machinery, and facility-related issues; Participate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions; Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and maintenance best practices; Maintain and update maintenance records, equipment history, and KPI reports; Assist in the development and improvement of maintenance procedures and standard work; Support spare parts inventory control and organization; Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety standards; Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve equipment performance; Lead or support a continuous improvement project focused on maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability; Present project progress and results to department leadership.
