Responsibilities
Own the GF Labs Technology Pipeline Project (TPP) governance process from idea creation through project closure; Administer portfolio governance activities including Steering Committees, portfolio reviews, project approvals, and executive reporting; Utilize Teamcenter to manage idea intake, project cataloging, portfolio visibility, milestone tracking, and project lifecycle management; Lead portfolio resource planning, capacity management, and allocation reviews through Anaplan; Coordinate GF Labs-PBU interlocks to align project portfolios, roadmap priorities, funding decisions, and technology transition plans; Support development and execution of GF Labs Technology Roadmap Management (TRM) processes and strategic planning activities; Develop portfolio metrics, milestone tracking, business analytics, and executive dashboards using Power BI; Manage interactions with universities, research institutes, strategic suppliers, consortia, and government-funded research programs; Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives for GF Labs business processes, including the development and deployment of workflow automation, AI-enabled agents, advanced analytics, and productivity tools
