Oversee wet cleans process including recipe development and reducing variability; Create and document process engineering procedures for tool operation; Start up and qualify new processes and equipment on schedule; Improve tool to tool performance matching; Support CIP programs to enhance process windows, cost, yield, productivity, and line yield; Represent the module in cross-functional teams for yield and issue resolution; Address Material Review Board and 8D findings, troubleshooting with CAS/procedures and collaborating across departments; Work with the team to sustain and improve process performance and SPC while meeting quality, cost, and scrap reduction goals.
