Responsibilities
Enable and maintain USB host/device/dual-role functionality on RISC-V MPU; Bring up USB controllers, PHY integration, clocks/resets, and interrupts; Develop/debug USB drivers and subsystems including hub behavior and gadget framework; Enable and validate user-space workflows for enumeration, throughput, and hot-plug scenarios; Create test plans and automation for AVV on FPGA and first silicon; Debug and root-cause USB issues across HW/FW/kernel using logs and protocol analyzers; Partner with architects and hardware teams to de-risk USB subsystem and define requirements; Own USB feature planning including role/port matrix and compliance goals.
