Deliver integrated hardware, software & calibration ensuring program execution to standard processes; Support software teams to develop and execute Key Behavior Tests (KBTs) and Milestone Tests; Lead activities and guide team members in testing, automation, and issue resolution; Verify control module functionality on bench and in vehicle; Develop test protocols and scripts for validating hardware and software integration; Support continuous development of new test features, processes, and methodologies; Mentor junior team members on challenging issues; Support Problem Resolution and Tracking Systems (PRTS) and Global Incident Management (GIMs).
