Responsibilities
Manage plant quality activities including containment, non-conforming material review, customer complaints, supplier issues, and troubleshooting; Drive resolution of significant quality issues through data analysis and corrective action; Serve as senior cross-functional representative in turnover, daily quality, project, and customer meetings; Build relationships with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and customer-facing teams; Maintain adherence to BIQ, site procedures, Global Quality Manual, and AIAG core tools; Facilitate gap, scrap, and continuous improvement reviews using Pareto and metrics; Participate in change management processes; Identify key operations and support reviews of process control plans and capability performance; Escalate concerns early and speak candidly about risk; Work safely and reinforce safety mindset; Maintain document control, ILM awareness, and audit readiness.
